Mr. Gaurav Tripathi

Chief of Staff

Gaurav Tripathi is a seasoned HR professional with over 14 years of experience, including roles at Godfrey Philips India, Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited, Gionee Mobiles, and Siam Makro. Holding a master’s degree in human resources, he has a track record of delivering outstanding results and has been instrumental in developing greenfield HR projects as a consultant for the BFSI and pharmaceutical industries.

Gaurav advocates the employee first philosophy, prioritizing the well-being of employees. He transforms HR into a strategic business partner, excelling in establishing effective transition cultures and efficient processes. Known for instilling a culture of change, he has a track record of success in fledgling organizations.

Mr. Ashutosh Sharma

VP & Group HR

Mr. Ashutosh Sharma is a seasoned HR professional with over 16 years of experience in industries such as insurance, cement, FMCG, infrastructure, and finance. Formerly leading the HR function at IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited, he has also held roles at Patanjali and Ambuja Cements Ltd. (a Holcim Group company).

Mr. Sharma excels at driving organizational development, cultural change, collaboration, and diversity initiatives. As a committed business partner, he advocates sustainable practices through employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership development.

Additionally, he played a key role in establishing HR practices during challenging scenarios like mergers and acquisitions, introducing organizational restructuring, enhancing workforce productivity, enabling job evaluations, aligning policies, and establishing shared services divisions.

Mr. Sharma holds an MBA with a specialization in human resources and a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology. He is certified in GPHR by HRCI, HR Analytics by IIM-Ahmedabad, and Leadership Development and Executive Coaching by Dr. Marshall Goldsmith.

Mr. Kiran Giradkar

A strong and dynamic marketing leader in food & beverage industry with over 20 years of proven opinion leadership. He has the ability to shape the brand and business culture.

Kiran is a well-known name in FMCG industry with India’s most loved brands under his belt: Parle, Bajaj, Bisleri, Camlin, Storia and Nilon’s. Awarded as ‘The Most Influential Marketing Leader 2022’ by World Marketing Congress and Best CMO Award for Top Most Food Brand issued by CMO Asia during Mar 2022.

He holds a master’s degree in management studies from the University of Mumbai and is also an alumnus of Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.

Mr. Randeep Plaha

VP, Treasury & Banking

Randeep is a seasoned finance professional with 20+ years of experience across manufacturing, retail, and services. His expertise spans finance, taxation, MIS, budgeting, commercial operations, marketing, sales, and import/export. Proficient in financial statement preparation, GST, income tax assessments, and statutory compliance. Randeep excels in relationship management with financial institutions, fundraising, and liaising with corporate clients, banks, and government agencies. He is a valuable asset to BN Group; his skills and experience are unmatched.

Mr. Manas Raghuvanshi

Director BN Welfare Foundation

Mr. Manas Raghuvanshi has joined us as Director, CSR. He has pursued Masters in Science in Physics from Hansraj College, University of Delhi and Masters in Education from Agra University. He has more than 10 years of experience in the Education Sector as a Teacher, Coordinator, Teachers’ Training Resource Person and Principal.

His most recent assignment was serving as the Principal of The Laurence School, Agra for a duration of 3 years. He holds a Diploma each in Mass Communication and French Language.

Sparsh Sachar, the Director of Sales, is a seasoned entrepreneur with hands-on experience in the Agro Commodity Business sector. Raised in a Punjabi Business Family, he is a dynamic individual with a keen interest and passion for Agro Commodity business. Sparsh has played a crucial role in steering the company’s growth and strategic direction. His exceptional business acumen, adeptness in data analysis, and outstanding administrative and people management skills have been instrumental in rapidly scaling the company’s business. Through his visionary leadership and profound understanding of both domestic and global markets, Sparsh Sachar has positioned the company as a significant player in the Edible Oils industry.

Chintan Ajaykumar Shah, a seasoned leader with deep roots in the trade and commerce community, is the Executive Director and one of the driving forces behind BN Group’s success.

His extensive industry experience spans production, factory operations, procurement, packaging, and corporate finance, making him a true asset to the organization.

His exceptional leadership has fostered a culture of quality excellence within his team, consistently exceeding industry standards and earning numerous awards and accolades.

Recognized for his empathetic nature and strong interpersonal skills, he is ideally suited to navigate complex operational challenges while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Shri. Ajay Kumar Agarwal

Chairman

Shri Ajay Kumar Agarwal belongs to the Marwari Agarwal business family. Initially, he joined his father in the business of gems and jewelry and learned the basic principles of business and administration skills. He further ventured into the business of import, trading, marketing, and retailing of timber and allied products on its own, and successfully developed the business. Later on, he ventured into the business of land development, real estate, and construction.

He acquired a land parcel and designed, constructed, and marketed residential apartments and commercial establishments in Agra, which had become landmarks during those times. Later on, he ventured into the business of import, trading, processing, refining, manufacturing, branding, marketing, and distribution of various grades of edible oil and bakery fats under its brand name through a deeply penetrated distribution network spreading across Northern, Central, and Western India. Shri. Ajay Kumar Agarwal is actively associated with many social and business organizations, policy-making decisions, and new business development.

Shri. Anubhav Agarwal

Founder & MD

Shri Anubhav Agarwal is a young, ambitious, and dynamic entrepreneur. He belongs to a business family engaged in the business of timber, construction, and real estate. He learned the commercial traits of the business at a young age by collaborating with his father. In 2011, Mr. Agarwal stuck with the idea of doing something that could impact the lives of millions of people. That is how BN Agritech was born, as his deep knowledge and understanding of the food processing industry led to this evolution.

An entrepreneur from Agra with a zeal and passion to create an organisation that can cater to the masses, he ventured into the edible oil segment and, over the years, has created a national footprint. His sharp business acumen, coupled with his deep understanding of products and its customers, has led to this growth and is now expanding its international footprint.

His vision is to provide healthy products to its customers, and he is focused on making BN Group the most admired and trusted brand globally in the FMCG category. Under his guidance and leadership, BN Group is now diversifying into other businesses like specialty chemicals, renewable energy, and infrastructure.

Mr. Agarwal has been awarded ‘Globe Oil Man of the Year 2022’ by the Solvent Extraction Association of India, an association recognised by the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India.
